Description :: - Documents, analyzes, performs, and interprets on product components according to quality policies and procedures.
- Write reports regarding quality measurements, inspections, etc.
- Record inspection results.
- Communicate with Production on Quality issues and continuous improvement.
- Proactively gathers and analyses relevant data to identify improvement opportunities in the retread processes
- Responsible for quality measurement system.
- The management representative for quality (and environment – where applicable)
- Responsible for planning, execution and follow-up of (quality) audits as tool for assuring process compliance and identifying areas for process performance and quality improvement
- Leads and supports any required corrective action required due to non-conformance.
- Trains colleagues in Corrective Action System (CAS) and Quality tools
- Be responsible for Group tyre warranty
Requirements :: - Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Project management and presentation skills
- Few years related working experience, preferably in Quality and/or production capacity.
- Knowledge and experience of operational process(es) and their continuous improvement through application of Quality tools, methods, systems and/or other proven quality tools and methodologies
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
