Description :: 1) Oversee all onsite and offsite construction to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
2) Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
3) Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory.
4) Review the work progress on daily basis.
5) Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status, daily progress, estimates, and deliverables.
6) Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
7) Analyse, manage and mitigate risks.
8) Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
9) Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed.
10) Others duty which assigned by General Manager/Project Manager from time to time.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent
