Description :: -To assist and report to your Factory Manager & Management on the overall operations of manufacturing which includes production, control of manpower, materials and job planning, logistics, warehousing and maintenance.
-Ensure the safety standards are being maintained and that workers are abiding workplace safety rules.
-To monitor the effectiveness of the Quality Management Systems.
-To identify problems associated with quality assurance and quality control and recommend the remedy proposal for timely action.
-Liaise with external test labs for all relevant testing and audits required.
-Develop work instructions including safety analysis and regulations
-Lead in all external and internal audits .
-Determine and monitor manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production and warehouse demand
-To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
Requirements :: -Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/ Post
Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or equivalent.
-At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Preferably Manager specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
-Familiar with ISO 9001 is an added advantage.
-Preferable Manager specialised in BRC / Wire Mesh Manufacturing
-Strong management and leadership skills
