- 1. Fix and adjust production machine for production purpose.
2. Maintenance and repairing of production machine and check on pest traps and record in Summary of servicing report.
3. Monthly servicing of production air-conditioner and administration building when necessary.
4. Monthly maintenance of purified water system, Change filter, UV lamp, mixed bed in the absence of production supervisor.
5. Carry out internal calibration according to scheduled frequency as stated in SOP15: Machine Maintenance Procedure, including all weighing machine in production Areas.
6. Guide and supervise the pest controller agent while they are conducting Monthly pest control service.
7. Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service request as assigned.
8. Schedule and complete the “ Preventive Maintenance Program”
9. Monitor and maintain all building Facilities as assigned.
10. Follow established company policies and those outlined in the Employee Guidebook.
11. Keeps personal equipment operating by following operating Instructions, trouble-shooting breakdowns, performing preventive maintenance. - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's
Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): troubleshooting
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent. - Lowest Qualification :
