- • Ensure subordinates understand company’s Quality Policy, Quality Objectives and individual’s responsibilities
• Destroy old document when receipt of new document.
• Request for purchase through PRF.
• Preparing product’s Work instruction and Process Flowchart.
• Set-up of tools /instruments for new and existing products.
• Look into the Continuous Process Improvements.
• Provide technical support to the subordinates.
• Design of jig and fixture.
• CNC programming and control
• Trouble shooting of production machines.
• Calibration schedule of dept’s instrument and submit them to QA for calibration if due for checking
• Ensure department’s staff do not use instrument labeled “DO NOT USE” send dept’s instruments suspected to be inaccurate to QA for verification.
• Ensure dept’s instruments are properly kept and handled at all times to preserve its accuracy.
• Review non-conforming materials and decide on appropriate disposition.
• To investigate and analyses causes of non-compliance.
• Ensure CAR is duly completed and submitted to QA with specified timeframe. - Requirements :
- • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma /Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Understand and acquire the correct skill & technical Knowledge in CNC.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in metal precision industries.
• Minimum 5 years in Managerial Level.
• Knowledge of ISO 9000 /QS 9000 / TS 16949 Quality Management System. - Lowest Qualification :
