Description :: '-Responsible to plan, coordinate, execute and monitor the machines installation, scheduled maintenance/upkeep and
sudden breakdown of manufacturing equipment, machineries and plant M&E to ensure smoothness and reliability.
-Responsible to train and execute total preventive maintenance plan (TPM) in accordance to SOP and management system in place.
-You are to assist Facilities Manager in planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance.
-To response to breakdowns to avoid excessive lost time and contribute to efficiency.
-Responsible to diagnosing faults, rectifying and repairing them within acceptable time limit.
-Responsible to supervising engineering contractors and technical staff undertake to trouble shoot and provides assistance when problems are encountered.
-To obtain specialist components, fixtures or fittings and managing budgets
-To identify maintenance problems and their causes and institute corrective and preventive actions to eliminate recurrence.
-Responsible to manage cost, stocks of supplies and equipment.
-Responsible to maintaining statistical and financial records.
-Responsible to ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
Requirements :: -Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
-Required language(s): English
-At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Required Skill(s): ISO9001, ISO14001, Microsoft Excel
-Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.
