- - Manage production team of production executive, supervisor and production worker to ensure effective and efficient utilization of personal, plant facilities, materials and machine resources for the attainment of production objectives of the company.
- Build and maintain a team of stable and well-trained work force to meet the required production output, quality and KPIs (direct labour/nett sales) to meet customers demand in timely basis at optimum cost.
- Responsible for developing and improving the production processes, quality standards and product specifications of the raw materials/companents and finished goods to satisfy sales & marketing requirements and comply with process/operating/instructions/documentation.
- Work closely with the Maintenance Officer to ensure that proper maintenance of machines of various sections is being carried out for the smooth and efficient operations of the plan and machineries so that down time can be reduced. - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Required Skill(s): Good communication, person with strong drive, result oriented, good analytical and problem solving skills, strong leadership skills
- Preferably Manager specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations, MANUAL Operation or equivalent.
- Able to work long hours including Sat, Sun and PH. - Lowest Qualification :
