- - Maintain a safe working environment by working in accordance with company work practices,

- Ensure that approved procedures are adopted within their work area and that any necessary complementary procedures are raised, updated and implemented by assigned personnel
- To ensure moulds for castings comply with quality and customer requirements
- To liaise with the Production Planning, Technical, Melting, Pattern Shop and After Cast
- Managers/Supervisors to ensure a smooth flow of production and provide a continuous improvement of operations.
- Monitor and implement initiatives to ensure operations and processes are in place to improve quality and productivity
- Responsible for the day to day operation of Moudling and Reclaimer - Requirements :
- - Tertiary education in Metallurgy/Foundry Technology or equivalent
- At least 5 years' experience in a managerial role in a foundry or manufacturing industry with proven track record
- Proven people management skills and leadership abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Clear understanding of ISO9001 Quality Management System
- Good understanding of OHS and Environmnetal Management System and processes
- Basic technical knowledge of all foundry processes
- Basic understanding of financial management - Lowest Qualification :
