Description :: - To work as an Equipment Technician for Front End Wafer Fabrication equipments (oxidation,
photolithography, ion implantation, dry etch, wet etch/clean, chemical vapor deposition,physical
vapor deposition, chemical mechanical planarization, rapid thermal processing, electrochemical
plating, epitaxy etc).
- Perform equipment Preventive Maintenances according to the maintenance schedules and
specifications.
- Troubleshoot equipment failures to ensure quality recovery and minimum down time.
- Prepare daily Preventive Maintenance and troubleshooting activity reports for engineers and
supervisors.
- Maintain equipment spare parts and consumables.
- Engage in equipment Continuous Improvement Programs.
- Support new equipment hookup and startup activities
Requirements :: - Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Microelectronics Engineering or
equivalent.
- Must be able to work in 12 hours rotating shift under 7 crew shift pattern (day / night / weekends /
Public Holidays) in clean room environment.
- Must be able to work overtime (OT) when required.
- Good communication and written skill in English.
- Must be computer-literate.
- Candidate with experience in the following areas would have an added advantage:
i. Relevant wafer fabrication equipments
ii. RF, DC or Microwave Plasma System
iii. Gas or Chemical Delivery System
iv Electrical and Electronic System
v. Motor and Robotic System
vi. Valves and Fittings System
