a Ensure products produced according to plan and meeting the quality requirement.
b Monitor and adjust molding parameter all times to ensure good yield and efficiency.
c Ensure good 5s in working space
d Proper maintenance of production equipment and tooling
e Raw material usage control
f Responsible for production schedule to meet customer demands
g Ensure machine and tooling running in good condition and troubleshoot the problem if needed
h Repair and maintenance expenses control for the machine and tooling
i Liase with QC and tool room when technical problems arises or customer feedback
j Upgrade and educate member skill
k Supervise and motivate subordinate to ensure ahcieve the objective
l Assistes planner on their task

2 Project
a New tool design review and provide input to enhance the parts manufacturability
b Troubleshoot the newtool to achieve product quality requirement such as good dimension and cosmetic defect free
c Work with and communicate seamlessly with Engineering,QA,R & D,Sales Marketing and production
teams on design or developments of new parts,products,tooling and processes.
d Supervise and provide"hands on" assistance to project team on sample submission
e Support tooling release from project on production.
Requirements :: -Diploma / Degree or more than 5 years working experience.
-Atleast 3 years & above molding experience especially leadframe molding
-Systematic molding concept understanding
-Able to do rotating shifts & work after working hours if required
