Description :: - The incumbent will be responsible for HSE & Quality Policy compliance and implementation.
- The incumbent is expected to provide advice and support the implementation of HSE Plan, HSE Systems to VPSB stakeholders, to be focal point on occupational HSE matters, to develop, execute and monitor the HSE Plan, to perform the assessment and inspections, to lead the HSE Performance management
- Compile, Report and Record, to develop and implement the contractor HSE Management system supporting General HSE, Project Delivery & Operations
- Pre-qualification, performance review, assessment and post evaluation, to develop and promote Proactive Safety Culture, to be the liaison to HSE related authorities & partners related to support functions, e.g. DOSH, PMU, etc, to develop and implement Emergency Response Plan
Requirements :: • Degree in Chemical Engineering/Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years' experience with HSE in the oil and gas industry
• Have a strong written and verbal command of English
• Valid competency to work at offshore
• Personal characteristics include detail orientation, analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
