Description :: MAIN OBJECTIVES :
 The Business Process Improvement Managers work to ensure that business process outcome is in harmony with Cohu’s strategic goals. They work together across all departments to improve the processes continually; introducing innovation into the processes to affect results and enhance profitability.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
 Evaluate, design, execute, measure, monitor and control business processes.
 Identify and create new business process.
 Engage employees to inspire and empower them to provide input into process changes.
 Be change agent to promote and motivate the implementation of new process or process changes.
 Enforce a structured process management approach and methodology to build and monitor business processes and procedures.
 Form team involving multiple departments and drive project from begin to end
 Present project progress to stake holders.
 Provide strong leadership and management to the operational staff.
 Drive company processes towards Smart/ Digital factory.
 Other duties might be assigned
Requirements ::  Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
 5 years and above experience in managing business process improvement.
 Experience in developing business requirements.
 Experience in developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations.
 Experience in working with or implementing MES system.
 Strong skills in Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering.
 Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyse business processes, workflows and big data.
 Facts and data driven.
 Determined, self-motivated and consistently pursuing process innovation and improvement.
