Description :: - Receive customer order from Sales Department.
- Plan weekly Production Schedule that aligns with material and capacity forecast.
- Keep track and update production schedule against actual output on a daily basis.
- Compile and demonstrate shipment schedule.
- Adjust customer orders when customer changes delivery date - inform internally.
- Liaise with Sales/Customers for delivery requirement and to meet shipment schedule.
- Monitor and ensure production runs as per schedule according to customer's requirement.
- Cooperate with others section of department to ensure the quality matter is in well perform.
- Handle customer complaints.
- Processing export orders and work with logistic department to ensure products are shipped according to legal requirements and are organized properly to meet the delivery date.
- Follow-up with appropriate Buyer to ensure materials are available to support production use per load plan.
- Responsibility in action taking in non-conformance product.
- Demonstrate commitment to given tasks and undertake any other functions as defined by the company as required.
- Other ad hoc job assigned by direct superior.
Requirements :: - Diploma or Bachelor degree in any field.
- Good command of Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Experience in material planning and scheduling or relevant experience in Manufacturing environment would be an added advantage.
- Computer literacy essential with knowledgeable about Microsoft application.
- Experience in using UBS software would be an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal communication/ negotiation skill; good contact with supplier.
- Applicant must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas ( phase 1)
- 2-3 years of experience required.
- Fresh graduate are also encourage to apply.
- Tough, matured and analytical with the ability to work independently and under pressure and minimum supervision.
