Description :: - Prepare monthly production plan according to sales forecast and daily production schedule.
- Ensure availability of production materials and raise purchase requisition accordingly.
- Ensure production process can meet production plans and targets.
- To identify process and operational problems and recommend alternative solutions to management.
- To prepare monthly production and wastage/losses report.
- To achieve efficiency targets of production process and costs as determined in annual budget.
- To control manufacturing cost based on the production annual budget.
- To manage performance of surbodinates.
- To ensure zero accidents and report all accidents in production area in monthly report.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering field.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Tapah.
- Preferably Managers specialized in Maintenance in similar industry.
- Solid experience in manufacturing process.
- Demonstrate strength in working and leading a team.
