- • Able to Handle cutter machine,kneader machine,extruder machine and press machine
• Undertake the learning on various processes system in each assigned departments.
• Perform various job tasks and responsibilities at supervisory level to be able to understand and requirements of each job area.
• Carry out lean activities as planned and benchmark all good practices to be implemented into production line.
• Lead, provide guidance and monitor a team of operation staff in designated section to meet production schedule and product demand in accordance to standard set. - Requirements :
- - Diploma / Degree in chemistry / material science / polymer science / engineering / biochemistry.
- Preferably 1 – 2 years working experience in natural / synthetic rubber industry in area of research, product development and / or manufacturing environment.
- Possess knowledge in analytical techniques in Synthetic Rubber .
- Good work & time management skills
- Must be able to work in a production environment. - Lowest Qualification :
