- -Improve management effectiveness through strategic hiring, talent placement, communicating values and vision.

- Requirements :
- -Graduate in engineering or accountancy with experience in operating branches in Malaysia.
-Must be categorized as reliable, competent, organized person with integrity.
-At lease 10 – 15 years experience in branch operation.
-Fully in charge of branch operation, and accountable for her profitability and expansion programme preset by the management.
-Excellent marketing knowledge in power utility and oil & gas industrial business in term of projects, execution, trading and so forth.
-Capable of working with overseas Principals and local counterpart for acquisition of agency line and implementation, and appointment of suitable local dealers to
ensure their performance.
-Results oriented, dynamic and innovative and determination.
-Totally dedicated to the jobs assigned and willing to travel extensively.
