- (a) New Process/Recipe set-up for new product development.
(b) Process improvement and control.
(c) Proper pass down and line support (applicable for shift engineers).
(d) Involve and execute process for SWR/ evaluation and technology transfer setup.
(e) Monitoring SPC performance and problem solving tasks.
(f) Participate on the yield improvement activities.
(g) Participate and involve in projects lead by PEE (Cycle Time, Cost Reduction).
(h) Comply to all documents defined within the sections.
(i) Support departmental KPI set for the section.
(j) Mentor and buddy trainer for new engineers.
(k) To contribute towards the achievement of quality objectives by complying to the quality operating system and participating in continuous improvement activities (defect
prevention, reduction of variation or prevention of waste).
(l) To contribute towards the achievement of the EHS objectives by complying to the EHS policy and participating in the implementation of EHS management system.
(m) Undertake any other projects or future tasks and duties as assigned by the Manager.
- Requirements :
- -Qualification: Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Engineering or Science.
-Experience: Preferably with 3-5 years’ experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing environment and knowledge/experience in relevant field of application is mandatory
Behavioral Competencies:
a) Good communication skills – fluent in English, written and spoken.
b) Customer service skills – serve internal/external customers
c) Team work and collaboration skills.
Technical/ Functional Competencies:
a) Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point.
b) Preferable to have working experience in tool system concept.
c) Have SPC concept and Good analytical skill.
d) Able to compile and analyze data.

Six manufacturing sites in Germany, France, Malaysia and the U.S.
