Description :: -Coordinate, plan and organise preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, breakdown recovery for ship unloader crane.
-Ensure reliability and maintain ability of equipment utilities control and safety / security systems.
-Provide solutions to repetitive failures that affect port operation. -Diagnose breakdown problems and deal with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs.
-Supervise and follow up the inventory of spare parts, consumables and tools.
-Document and maintain the written procedures and specifications used by the maintenance department and assure that these are implemented by the maintenance
personnel.
-Conduct an analysis of reliability problems and investigate to determine the required reliability approach for particular situation with consideration.
-Planning with operation department to execute maintenance activity of equipments.
Requirements :: -1-3 years experience in industrial equipment and port crane maintenance preferred.
-Knowledge of electrical troubleshooting and maintenance (motors, control systems, controls, etc).
-Has substantial understanding of the job, apply knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.
-Work on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgement in resolving issues or in making recommendations.
-Willing to work on shift hours and work location is in Pulau Lekir, Seri Manjung, Perak.
