Description :: - To ensure all work orders are promptly distribute to technicians and on-time closure
- Prepare daily operation report to management
- To repair and troubleshoot equipment breakdown promptly
- To monitor day-to-day building operation activities but not limited only to electrical installation activities
- To carried out in accordance with the specifications and approved procedures
- Continuous improvements to the installation and maintenance
- To monitoring and responsible for HT and other LV electrical equipment such as electrical panel, motor and pumps, chiller and cooling water, etc. in accordance to Suruhanjaya Tenaga requirement
- Respond and conduct preventive maintenance effectively and efficiently
- To support in planning and executing scheduled preventive maintenance and repair on all systems
- To Support other management or immediate superior directions
Requirements :: - Must possess class BO Chargeman approved by Suruhanjaya Tenaga Malaysia, Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3 years working experience as BO Chargeman and Electrical Engineer
- Able to interpret on OHSAS 18001 standard requirement
- Familiar with Mechanical & Building Control System such as BAS, CMMS, fire alarm system, air-conditioning system, plumbing system and building services
