Description :: Primary Function:
'-Responsible to ensure the quality assurance of overall operational processes of the organization
meet or exceed the expectations of the customers through effective quality management system and quality assurance procedures or practices. Managing customer’s complaints and solving quality issues through corrective and preventive measures effectively.
Duties & Responsibilities:
'- Monitor the overall competency of the quality assurance team in the areas of measurement, inspection or detection, and defects prevention measures.
-Review and monitor the contributions of the quality assurance team to ensure up to the mark job
performance in line with the company direction and customer’s expectations.
-Prepare and review the quality assurance reporting, records and documentation are up to date, on time, accurate and relevant.
-Monitor the quality assurance equipment to ensure the accuracy and relevancy with high efficiency in delivering expected quality results.
Requirements :: -Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering
(Mechanical), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
-Possess experience in handling customer complaint.
-Required skill(s): Hands on QA in Metal Stamping & fabrication or plastic injection or precision
machining , MS Office.
-Required language(s): English
-At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Applicants must be willing to work in SENAI.
-Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.

Prefer have metal fabrication experience
