Description :: - Serve as an internal supplier to program management team and other key stakeholders through providing sourcing/procurement services
- Source and procure materials, consumables and services in cost effective and time efficient manner
- Managing suppliers relationships and agreement for materials, products and services meeting the company's objectives
- Participate in existing and new product introduction to assure timely acquisition of materials to support NPI
- Ensure compliance, cost savings and performance measures are established, tracked and achieved.
- Institutionalize procurement performance measures that demonstrate value and ensure supplier performance.
- Prepare and execute clear, structured negotiations following the Strategic Sourcing process.
- Lead and participate in supplier onsite audit with Quality Team and follow up corrective actions submitted by suppliers.
- Handle administration of Purchase Requisition Requests , Purchase Order and Supplier database in ERP system
Requirements :: - Minimum Diploma in Engineering
- At least 2 years working experience in sourcing or procurement in manufacturing environment (Plastic Injection or Metal Stamping)
- Multi task ability and can work under tight dateline for RFQ & NPI project coordination
- Strong negotiation skills.
