- - Prepare post contract documents for control and implement contract administration and review commercial aspects of contract and agreement with Subcon and clients.
- Assist project managers with the preparation of monthly progress payment, ensure successful claim of the progress payment.
- Attend site meetings with project staffs when necessary.
- Assist project managers to prepare variation order and keep the detailed record of work alteration and design amendments.
- Liaise closely with Main Contractor and client's queries regarding claims and negotiate claims and design amendments.
- Prepare budgets and cash flow projection with finance controller, project managers, and directors.
- Assist to negotiate Subcon packages and prepare supplier or Subcon agreement letters.
- Analyze scope of works in contract and project for effective administration of contracts.
- Monitor project cost and prepare general administration.
- Perform other duties as and whenever required. - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's
Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- At least 7 year(s) of working experience in Civil Works/highway/earthworks.
- Candidates with experience in Contract or QS will have an advantages.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to negotiate effectively and have leadership qualities.
- Willing to travel.
