- - Experience in hands-on operating Milling, Grinding, EDM machines
- To operate CNC machine is advantageous
- To fabricate new moulds or Modification existing moulds, tools & jigs
- Enhance existing moulds to improve production efficiency with the aim to improve yield and optimise cycle time
- Provide engineering support to injection moulding processes for better efficiency and technical trouble shooting - Requirements :
- - Advantageous with mould making experience in Medical, Consumer or Baby product industry including Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) and Injection Stretch Blow (ISBM) moulds.
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Engineering
(Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Mould Maker specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent. - Lowest Qualification :
