- - Expand QA department with current team of QC & QA
- Set up and maintain QA laboratory in line with internal product testing requirements
- Involve in New Product Development Testing and Approbation process
- Liaise with External Test Labs for all relevant testings and audits required
- Supervise daily line audit & inspections in the production lines and maintain ISOs system.
- Review production efficiency and yield together with Production and Technician team
- Ensure operation comply to Safety Operation Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI).
- Work with process technicians and related departments for quality control, preventive and corrective actions.
- Drive quality initiatives aggressively and able to lead cross-functional teams for continuous improvement. - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in QA function or related field is required for this position.
- Proficient with MS Excel and MS Office application.
- Good Written & Verbal communication in English, able to speak in Mandarin is added advantage.
- Effective Organizational Skills with Attention to Details
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO13485, ISO 14001 and 18001 is required.
- Preferably worked in Medical / Baby products / Controlled environment / Hygiene product industry
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
