- 1) Project Planning and Scheduling
- Plans, monitors and controls project activities proactively.
- Identify and understands critical path as well as critical milestone.
- Overall resource planning and optimization.
2) Project Scope and Change Order Management
- Understand project scope requirements and deliverable
- Deliver projects within the required scope according to contract obligation.
- Identify business opportunities by pursues potential change order in order to obtain additional sales.
- Manage change order requirement by optimizing project profit margin and lowering project risk exposure.
3)Project Financial and Cost Management
- Understands and utilize sales costing sheet to effectively control project budget.
- Manage and control project financial exposure.
- Optimize project cash flow.
4)Project Legal and Contract Management
- Understands project specific terms and conditions.
- Identify and manage risk factors such as liquidated damages, limitation of liability and etc
- Utilizes contract terms and conditions to maximize cash-flow and profit margin.
5)Project Monitoring and Reporting
- Continuously monitor the progress of the project.
- Reports project progress to customer and other stake holders.
- Raises potential project issues to project manager and other relevant stake holders.
6)Project Procurement Management
- Work together with project buyers to identify suppliers to obtain overall best possible purchase,
- Coordinates and monitor project transportation and logistics matters together with project coordinator
- Continuously monitor the progress of the project together with project coordinator
7)Project Customer Relationship and Satisfaction Management
- Meet and improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain good relationship with customer during project executions and enhance customer loyalty.
8)Project Risk Management
- Identify, prioritize, monitor and manage risk factors.
- Avoid and mitigate risk factors.
9)Project Communication Management
- Effectively communicate project information to relevance stake holders.
- Establish project communication plan to enhance information sharing within project team
- Requirements :
- Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Electrical/Electronic or equivalent.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Oil & Gas, Process Design & Control/Instrumentation or equivalent.
- Willing to travel when required and able to work under pressure and meet project deadline.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
