Description :: - Prepare raw material forecast for annual price negotiation with the provision of customers order
- To source new technology for new projects
- Prepare cost estimation for new projects (RFQ)
- Monitoring annual price negotiation / reduction program with suppliers for optimum material cost
- Negotiate, obtain, analyze quotation given due consideration to purchase price, payment term, transportation cost quality and services and within the approved budget
- Responsible and monitoring for sourcing activities of assigned commodities
- Responsible and monitoring for sample submission (PPAP) from supplier to SQM /internal customer
- Ensure cost reduction on assigned commodities did not affect quality of products
- To support other duties as required from time to time.
- Prepare Purchasing contracts to all suppliers and prepare report to Supplier Development section
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic /Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required skill(s): SAP, Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work independently
