- -Accounts data entry and filing.
-Prepare and coordinate payments to suppliers, subcontractors, authorities, etc.
-Preparation of bank reconciliation, debtor/creditor reconciliation, intercompany reconciliation, etc. Update Fixed Assets schedule.
-Prepare cash flow forecast , Debtors collections.
-Prepare full set of accounts & management and financial accounts on monthly basis.
-Monitor stock level as and when required.
-Familiar in applying LC/BA/BG/FG, GST payment, refunds and changes in regulations.
-Prepare quarterly cash flow. Update balance sheet schedules.
-Co-ordinate with external auditors, tax agent as and when required.
-Involve in year-end stock take & co-ordination.Any other duties assigned by the superior and/or the
management from time to time.
-Report to Assistant Finance Manager. - Requirements :
- -Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position preferably in manufacturing/ project base in Oil & Gas industry.
-Candidate with experience in full set account is added as advantages using ACCPAC ERP and UBS Accounting systems.
-Well verse with Microsoft (Words, Excel and PowerPoint),
-Able to work at Shah Alam Bukit Kemuning, Section 34, Selangor. - Lowest Qualification :
