- -Accountable to the whole spectrum of Human Resources Management of the Group of Companies.
-Responsible in taking the lead role as business partner to influence, self-starter and drive the Company resources for positive changes and systems improvement to
move forward with strategic approaches and tactfulness in handling resistance.
-Responsible in managing both Local and Foreign employment effectively and efficiently in compliance to statutory requirements.
-In charge in full spectrum of Human Resource & Administrative functions including develop & implements HR policies and procudures, manpower planning,
recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, performance management, training & development, employee welfare administration, payroll administration,
reporting & administrative functions for contract or permanent employee.
-To handle & advise Management on disciplinary issues, staff counseling and grievances, terminations and other employee relation matters in compliance and local
labor laws/ Industrial relations act.
-Responsible for recruitment of foreign workers, welfare, discipline and monitoring permit renewals, etc.
-Leads company compliance with all existing governmental and labor legal government reporting requirements.
- Requirements :
- -Possess minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Administration or equivalent.
-Good knowledge in Labor Law, Industrial Relations Act & Immigration matters.
-Good experience in IPOExercise, ISO9001:2008/2015 & HACCP is preferred.
-Good command of English, Chinese & Bahasa Malaysia in written and spoken.
-At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Able to work independently with minimum supervision and maintain confidentiality is essential.
-Great interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of employees.
-Oversees day-to-day office administration matters.
-Perform any other duties and assignments as and when required by Superior from time to time.
