- -Responsible for full spectrum of invoicing and A/R functions, including daily billing, A/R monitoring, receipts and customer credit notes processing.
-Checking of all invoices, receipts and credit notes against supporting documents.
-Ensure proper and accurate recording of accounting entries for invoices, receipts and credit notes.
-Preparation of balance sheet schedules and performance of reconciliations for A/R and other receivables accounts.
-Timely distribution of statement of accounts to debtors.
-Preparation of debtors ageing analysis.
-Assist in financial audit process.
-Training/ Supervising a team of Accounts Assistants.
-Ad=-hoc assignments/ Projects as assigned by Finance Manager. - Requirements :
- -Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking; Business Studies/
Administration/ Management or equivalent.
-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
-Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Experience in ERP environment and audit will be an added advantage.
-Applicants must be willing to work in PARIT BUNTAR, PERAK.
-Preferably Accounts Executives specializing in Financial Accounting & Reporting or equivalent.
-Possess positive attitude, team player, self-motivation and able to work under presssure in fast-paced environment. - Lowest Qualification :
