- -To help sales representatives improve their productivity and spend more time selling.
-To contact customers and prospects to arrange appointments or make follow-up calls to confirm orders or delivery dates.
-To act as a first point of contact for urgent calls, emails and messages when sales representatives are not available.
-To contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of orders.
-To input orders to the company’s computer system and ensure that orders are processed in line with customers’ delivery requirements. Also, inform customers of
any delays and arrange alternative delivery dates.
- Requirements :
- -Sales coordinator plays an important part in maintaining good customer relationships by acting as an extension of the field sales force. Sales coordinator requires
excellent organizational, administrative and communication skills, together with an ability to deliver high standards of customer service.
-Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English.
-At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Preferably Junior / Senior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
-Full Time positions available.
-Must be able to work in Banting.
-Able to travel when required.
