- -The job incumbent’s scope of work is summarized as below;
-Equipment related to sub-fab support department such us pump, chiller and abatement, with complete understanding
-Need to understand on
All aspect of component operation, defect point and system integration
-Historical and derived knowledge about issue of the system
-Preventive maintenance items on tool
-To archive lowest cost of operation for each system
-To establish PM, update PM tracking system and equipment improvement methodology
-To start equipment and handover the equipment to the module (owner) on schedule
-Work with related department for general issue
-Deal with vendor for any part send for repair, commercial issue and sourcing for quality and cheaper spare part
-To ensure the working area is safe to work and keep 5S
-Coordinate a group of technician team working schedule - Requirements :
- -Ability to effectively communicate in the English language
-Able to read and understand electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
-Good verbal and written communication skills with ability to interact with peers
-Detailed oriented, well organized, results oriented, and self motivated
-Good verbal and written communication skills. Proficient with PC’s and PC applications software
-Knowledgeable in electronics and mechanical systems. -Familiar with pump, chiller,abatement system and electronic component repair .
-Capable of working both in groups, and independently.
-Able to lift and accurately manipulate 50 lb objects and operate a variety of hand-held tools - Lowest Qualification :
