-Manages production lines with regards to schedule, quality, yield, efficiency and cycle time.
-Recognizes and solves problems affecting production including schedules, staff, quality and order of production line
-Supervise and lead a group of Manufacturing Technicians to meet the production indices
-Continuously monitor and supervise production personnel to ensure adherence to Operations, Quality and Safety standards
-Sets targets for and with the supervisors and teams and clearly communicates targets and feedback on actual performance against targets
-Generate regular reports on the product line performance
-Continuously identify bottlenecks and opportunities and would be responsible to initiates and participates in the improvement activities to optimize production
operation
 
Requirements :
-Degree/ M. Sc in Engineering or related. Candidates with Degree in Business studies or related with 3 years supervisory experience will be considered.
-Willing to work 12 hour day/night shift and rest day when needed
-Possess strong leadership and communication skills
-Possess good analytical and decision making skills
-2 years working experience in production area will be an advantage
-Familiar with wafer fabrication or semiconductor related working environment will be an added advantage
