- -Responsible for full set of accounts, management reports and cash flows.
-Perform financial analysis and review annual budgets and perform analysis in the budgeting and forecasting processes.
-Liaison with the relevant government authorities for approval and compliance, external auditors/tax agents/bankers/analysts.
-Involve in implementing financial and accounting systems, policies and procedures that contribute to good commercial management of the Group’s business and
ensure good internal controls are in place.
-Manage operation expenses to ensure all expenses within approved budget.
-Prepare cash fund forecast and monitor cash flow requirements.
-Building and maintaining database for internal management reporting.
-Overseeing tax and other regulatory compliance records.
-Assist unit head in driving the operation, that is, be the prime mover in ensuring that key strategies are implemented and realized
-Preparation of specific analyses according to management requests and needs
-Support the Management in the areas of cash management, banking relationships and systems, funding, foreign exchange and working capital management
-To provide secretarial & administrative support to the Director.
-To manage and maintain the Management’s schedules.
-To make travel arrangements for the Management.
-To prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board and other meetings.
-To record and write the minutes of meeting.
-To compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.
-To coordinate and direct office services, such as reports preparation, personnel, and housekeeping, in order to aid the Management.
-Perform any other ad-hoc assignment as and when given by the Management.
-Planning, managing and control the activities of a project and liaison with consultants, authorities, clients and as well as with sub-contractors.
-To monitor, evaluate and report progress of project.
-Managing and coordinating procurement.
-Attending meetings with client & contractors
- Requirements :
- -Candidate must possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Secretarial or equivalent.
-At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Secretarial/Executive, Personal Assistant, Accounts & Finance or equivalent.
-Full-Time position(s) available.
