- -Responsible for full set of accounts, management reports and cash flows.
-Responsible for overall day-to-day accounting and finance functions include preparing of payments, monitor receipts.
-Closing of monthly accounts and preparing financial reports including monitoring of debtors and creditors aging reports, stock management, income VS cost
analysis.
-Monitor cashflow and banking facilities transactions such as handling of letter of credit, bank guarantee.
-Liaison with bankers and internal team including head of department, group accountant, admin, operation and sales & marketing team members.
-To provide secretarial & administrative support to the Director.
-To make travel arrangements for the Management.
-To prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board and other meetings.
-To record and write the minutes of meeting.
-Planning, managing and control the activities of a project and liaison with consultants, authorities, clients and as well as with sub-contractors.
-Managing and coordinating procurement.
-Attending meetings with client & contractors.
- Requirements :
- -Candidate must possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Administrative or equivalent.
-At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Administrative/Executive, Accounts & Finance or equivalent.
