- -To carry out pre and post-contract activities.
-To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the quality management system.
-To prepare and submit pre-qualifications, tender bids and quotations. Preparing contract documents, preparing quantities, providing cost estimates and managing
cost information.
-To advise on all contractual requirements in the tender documents.
-To monitor on amendments and changes to the scope of works and conditions of contract, variation orders and extension of time.
-To advise on all contractual matters relating to projects.
-Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, process and procedures.
-Responsible for the efficient, timely, accurate and cost effective management and delivery of the designated cost control activities within assigned project(s) and/or
tenders.
-Ensure analysis and understanding of the project/tender contract and scope.
-Maintain constant awareness of progress of work by pro-actively collecting the necessary supporting material (planning and reports) and information from all reliable
sources.
-Ensure full coherence and utilization of cost control systems for budgeting purposes and report key performance indicators throughout the project.
-Preparation of projects’ claims and billing to Clients.
-Supervise the monitoring and reporting of project both internally and to the customer.
- Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineer or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
