Description :: - Monitor day to day building operation activities but not limited only to electrical installation activities.
- Ensure all work orders are promptly distribute on-time closure.
- Prepare daily operation report to electrical equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment breakdown promptly
- Respond and conduct preventive maintenance effectively and efficiently
- Ensure works are carried out in accordance with specifications and approved procedures
- Continuous improvements to the installation and maintenance
- Be responsible for HT and other LV electrical equipment such as electrical panel, substations
- Assist in planning and executing scheduled repair and preventive maintenance on all systems
- Will accept other management or immediate superior directions
Requirements :: - Possess class BO chargeman approved by Suruhanjaya Tenaga Malaysia, Diploma in electrical engineering or equivalent.
- At lease 2-3 years working experience as BO chargeman and electrical engineer
- Familiar with Mechanical & building control system
- Able to interpret on OHSAS 18001 standard requirement
- Resourceful with positive attitude and able to work independently.
