Description :: 1. Provide clerical support to production manager and QA Executive
2. Key in all the date after job card/ inspection result to provide packing list to marketing and prepare transfer note of goods completed and pass it to packing supervisor
3. Prepare packing list of Flat Knit Collar & Cuff sending for sub-con dismantles and shipment.
4. Update daily packing list of marketing, packing list of flat knit collar & cuff.
5. Filing of inspection report and completed job card
6. Keeping sample, packing into bags with recording for easy tracking and collection when needed.
7. Update daily packing loss percentage report.
NOTE: The above activities are no means exhaustive and are subjected to amendment whenever is needed.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least Diploma Holder
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in QA or equivalent.
