- - To ensure high pressure steam boiler is operating and running in good condition at all times.
- Ensure high pressure steam boiler is operating and running in good condition at all times.
- Keep an accurate and complete boiler operation record in the log book.
- Ensure pressure and temperature are within the requirements set by CCL operations.
- Conduct visual checks of ignition, piping, electrical system and other necessary checks for any abnormal conditions.
- Conduct softener cleaning operations duty when necessary.
- Conduct cooling tower water level monitoring and control with chemical treatment
- Ensure safety and health procedures are complied with at all times.
- Perform any and all other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the Superior.
- To support and fully implement effective ISO 9001 - Quality Management System, ISO 14001 – Environmental Management System, OHSAS 18001 –
- Occupational, Health & safety System.
- Any business related responsibilities not stated above.
- Ensure high pressure steam boiler is operating and running in good condition at all times - Requirements :
- - Certified Steam Boiler Grade 1 @ 2 license issued by Department of Occupational Safety & Health (DOSH).
Steam boiler operation and maintenance.
- Basic boiler electrical and mechanical trouble-shooting skills
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Setia Alam / Kapar.
