Description :: - Assist Project Manager by preparing all necessary back up -relating to charge requests.
- Preparation of progress report, construction schedule, inspect of site works, attend site meeting and monitoring of works progress.
- Communicates with consultants and contractors or its related parties on technical and contractual obligations to achieve a smooth & efficient implementation of the project.
- To coordinate and supervise job site activities and provide technical assistance when needs arise.
- Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities and resolving problems.
- Assist Project Manager in planning and execution of project at sites.
- To ensure all works are carried out in accordance to the drawings and specification, complete on time and within budget.
- Checking for discrepancies between structural and architectural drawings.
- Responsible for timely completion of all required project close-out documents per contract.
- During construction phase proactively manage project to achieve quality, schedule, budget, and safely.
- Controls project plan by reviewing layout, specifications, plan and schedule changes.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): • Strong written and verbal presentation skills computer literacy and proficiency with: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Autocad and equivalent.
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
