- - Oversee and assist in the respective aspects (in architecture or engineering) of the assigned projects for pre and post stages, ie from feasibility study, commencement until completion.
- Manage the projects in a manner that exceeds our shareholders as well as customers’ expectations and ensures that the project/work adheres to all company requirements include its feasibility, deadlines, budget control, quality control and assurance, safety policies and OSHA standard.
- Reports to the Project Director includes the Directors for the development and construction division and is based in the head office or as may be assigned.
- To be decisive and results driven, focused leadership in leading the team members either internally and externally.
- To be honest and accountable to yourself, your clients, contractors, subcontractors and your co-workers.
- Develop/maintain network of professional relationships within our industry.
- To participate with the consultant team in the preliminary stage for the feasibility study, conceptual design to meet and optimize the criteria favourable for the project.
- Assist the project manager in managing and overseeing all technical aspects of the projects in terms of the design during pre and post construction stage, including attending the relevant meetings, collaborate with inter departments, consultants and authorities and preparation of the technical reports to the management from time to time.
- Negotiate and resolve all technical or customer concerns.
- When necessary, estimate change orders for assigned projects, manage all jobs closeout procedures, catch-up plan to address discrepancy/shortfall and conduct post project reviews to determine areas for future improvement - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Architecture or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in high rise development is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): AUTOCAD
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent. - Lowest Qualification :
