Description :: - Support the manager in following up on the daily routine tasks
- Support the manager in all the assigned tasks
- Assist the manager in preparation and submission of reports.
- Assist the manager in the preparation of the material specifications and quality documents
- Prepare work instructions and procedures
- Participate and engage in customer audits
- Lead and manage all issues / opportunities with the assigned suppliers
- Perform regular audits in IQC for ISO / TS and 5S compliance
- Work with the cross functional teams to ensure no line down
situation
- Work with the respective materials SQM to ensure alignment on measurement methodology and measurement tools
Requirements :: - Recognized Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Materials / Chemistry / Physics / Metrology
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Strong knowledge of the IQC function
- Demonstrated hands on working experience on at least 8 of the following equipment: CMM, Smart Scope (OGP), Calipers, Dial Gauge, Pin Gauge, Depth Gauge, Block Gauge, Profile Projector, Push Pull Gauge, Microscope, Micro Meter, Tensile Tester, Surface Roughness Tester, Feeler Gauge, Radius Gauge, Spectrophotometer, Color Tester
- Demonstrated working knowledge in Statistics, 8D Problem Solving, QC 7 Tools
- Demonstrated working knowledge of Minitab / JMP software
- Good working knowledge of SAP
- Good working knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Good knowledge in MSA, FMEA, SPC
- Effective communication, presentation, and writing skills
- Hardworking, Independent, Flexible, and with a Positive attitude
- Able to interact at all levels, including customers and suppliers
- Able to negotiate and convince stakeholders through concise data presentation
- Able to prioritize and make effective decisions based on quality aspects
- Able to present ideas and/or alternatives for removing obstacles
- Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage
