Description :: Carry out repairs and servicing of Monochrome and Color Digital Multifunction product (MFPs), enable hardware and software at customer's premises and services to the highest standards. Respond to all customer's call and ensure that the customer's machine are in working condition.
Requirements :: Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Information Technologies, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
Relevant working experience in related fields. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided by the Company.
Respond to all customer's call and ensure that the customer's machine are in working condition.
Conduct trouble shooting on machines and escalate problem to Superior for issues that are complicated.
Ability to demonstrate and technically oriented with good analytical skills.
Mature and able to work with minimum supervision. Able to handle customer's complaint.
Knowledge of colour digital print products and knowledge of file handling software will be an added advantage.
Possess good eye vision and not colour blind.
Willing to learn and pleasant personality, self motivated and hardworking.
Must have own transport and willing to travel within Negeri Sembilan. GLD license is an advantage.
Office based in Seremban & Nilai, service cover Negeri Sembilan Territory.
Technical knowledge in Microsoft Office application.
Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm).
