Description :: • Inspect and rectify any unsafe conditions at the construction site;
• Checking of sub-contractors' work to ensure compliance with the Regulations of the Country ;
• Liaise with contractor's safety supervisors with respect to safety of work undertaken by sub-contractors & Correcting any unsafe practices;
• Implementing safety measures and procedures at the construction site
• Attend and so required conduct toolbox meeting and briefing
• Conduct site training, safety and health campaign
• Prepare safety related reports for management, (Client) and Authorities if any
• Assist in development of safety & health policy and procedure.
• Ensure that all workers sub contractors obey and follow safety rules
• To check all the heavy equipment such as crane, lifting slings, welding sets have proper equipment passport before use.
• To communicate area of concern and bring to workers attention during work.
• To assist and prepare for safety audit
• Prevents fines and interruptions by complying with, and enforcing, codes.
• Complete necessary reports and attend site meetings etc
• Provide a daily report of site safety conditions including weather, work scope, and safety issues
Requirements :: • Preferably 5 years' experience in Safety industry construction or Development sector
• site based management experience
• relevant Tertiary and recognized qualifications
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
