Description :: To ensure plant is running smoothly and efficient and quality meets the required specification by:
Ensuring plant is running at optimum capacity without compromising on quality.
- Enforcing and monitoring quality control procedures in all the plant.
- Anticipating the problem related to either process or equipment and taking all possible prevention measure in advance.
- Organizing manpower required for plant operation, training and retraining of the staffs to be done to upgrade the skills.
Requirements :: Candidate must met the following criteria:
- BSc in Chemical Engineering/Food Technology/ Chemistry
- Good communication and able to work as team
- Able to work in tough environment
- Able to work under pressure to met tight work schedule and deadline.
- Strong numerical sense
- Willing to travel and relocate to Indonesia when need arise.
- With at least 2 year working experience
- with Steam engineer certificate
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
