- • To provide installation, testing, support and maintenance services to customers on security system equipments.
• Interacting with customers in answering technical questions and resolving customer issues.
• Manage and deliver projects meeting functional and non-functional requirements according to agreed timeline and budget;
• Assisting the Sales team during the sales cycle including demo and proof of concepts to meet customer business requirements;
• Manage interaction with all project stakeholders such as clients, project team and vendors to ensure successful implementation;
• Collaborate with other management groups on human resource, skill, and process deployments to uphold best practices and quality hallmark on project deliverables;
• Generate and keep current all documentation, including project and resource planning, commitment, risk and mitigation plans;
• Adhere to and enforce project reporting procedures - Requirements :
