- Monitor day-to-day building operation activities but not limited only to electrical installation activities
Ensure all work orders are promptly distribute to technicians and on-time closure
Prepare daily operation report to management
Troubleshoot and repair equipment breakdown promptly
Respond and conduct preventive maintenance effectively and efficiently
Ensure works are carried out in accordance with the specifications and approved procedures
Continuous improvements to the installation and maintenance
Be responsible for HT and other LV electrical equipment such as electrical panel, motor and pumps, chiller and cooling water, etc. in accordance to Suruhanjaya Tenaga requirement
Assist in planning and executing scheduled repair and preventive maintenance on all systems
Will accept other management or immediate superior directions - Requirements :
- - certification in Chargeman AO
- 5 years experiences
- willing to work at Lot 3997, Batu 5, Jalan Baling, 09300, Kuala Ketil, Kedah. - Lowest Qualification :
