Description :: MAIN OBJECTIVES :
Lead a team to develop and support vision applications for semiconductor quality inspection that will be integrated in Cohu turret handlers
2. RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage a team of developers engineers for their day to day tasks.
- Guide and motivate the team to common business objectives and prioritize the activities.
- Maintain constant communication with Vision Team at CH
- Manage MY team to complete features development as outlined in Vision Software roadmap
- Sustain quality improvement efforts by:
o Ensure all issues are closed effectively and efficiently
o Sustain & improve existing software validation strategies
o Review the work of team members
- Extend support to FSEs, Vision Specialists and Integration teams
- Manage software releases
Requirements :: Education:
- Must provide a minimum of Bachelors, Diploma/Certificate from a recognized school, university or technical program; related to an applied science, electronics, and mechanical, electro-mechanical engineering, computer engineering or similar related field. Master degree holders or higher are highly encouraged to apply.
- Must be able to clearly speak and write in English with strong oral and written communication skills

Experience:
- Minimum 5 years working experience in related field with team lead experience is required.

Skills / Technical Requirements:
- Strong knowledge in C#, .NET and object oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
- Experience with image processing application is mandatory with extensive knowledge of camera, optics and lighting.
