Description :: -Monitor and comply the Welding SOP
-Prepare WPS and WPQT according to the customer's requirement
- Review and able to read drawings provided by client
- Prepare weld map according to the needed projects.
- Inspect items to determine on the job's status according to customer's requirements and welding standards.
- Monitor shop floor and initiate improvements by 5Y and RC, PA, CA.
- Prepare monthly consumption for welding consumables according to project's requirement.
- Monitor weld data record and carry out weld defect analysis meetings on monthly basis
- Prepare Engineering reports (KPI) on weekly basis
- Carry out internal training for welders for production's improvement
Requirements :: -Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma,
Professional Degree, Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or equivalent.
-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
-At least 3 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Applicants must be willing to work in Pekan Nenas.
-Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.
-Has exposure in Pressure Vessel & Processing Skids projects
-Able to draft drawing, using AutoCAD/Solidworks
-Fulltime position(s) available.
-Has excellent communication skill and great team player.
