- • Review customer complaints and work with injection team;
• Conduct product audit to production and highlight to concerned department to take necessary action;
• Present monthly improvement report to customer;
• Communicate with internal QC team on the quality issue highlighted by customers;
• Update inspection instruction, specific control, customer requirement, new product information, customer complaints and / or other specific instruction;
• Conduct briefing on Quality Standard Instruction / Inspection Check Sheet / Quality Alert. - Requirements :
- • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering.
• Prefer to have 1 years working experience in Moulding Injection industry as Quality Engineer.
• Excellence quality tools skill (QC 7 tools and other advance QC tools:-GR&R, FMEA, SPC (Cp/Cpk/control chart) and etc.
• Hands on CMM measuring and programming experience.
• Good in print interpretation and geometric dimensioning and tolerance.
• Team player and able to communicate well.
• Able to lead and supervise a small team of technician. - Lowest Qualification :
