Description :: Responsible for all ecommerce sales, marketing activities, social media, product advertising and web design.
Responsible for curating new sales opportunities, develop execute sales & marketing plan, managing sales activities to achieve sales
result via estore.
Responsible for branding and customer acquisition through the usage of internet tools.
From uploading products, responding, follow up to processing incoming enquiries and orders generated via estore.
Manage and maintain contact of ecommerce and website, update customer latest info and promotions.
Responsible for website and social media maintenance and features update.
Responsible to measure and report weekly performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
Responsible to track traffic and sales performance throughout the whole website amending where necessary to increase sales.
Analyse customer demographics and purchasing behaviour to monitor trend and future sales growth.
Monitor monthly accounts, analysing and reporting on variances ensuring all costs are controlled to budget levels.
Evaluating and analysing data gathered from online marketing campaigns.
Other duties assigned by superior.
Requirements :: Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma or
Professional Degree in ECommerce, Marketing or equivalent.
At least 2 years working experience on digital marketing.
High level of technical knowledge and experience of SEO, AdWords, Facebook Page Power Editor, Google Analytics and lead
generation.
Experience with MailChimp, mailStyler or similar email marketing software will be added advantage.
Ability to converse and write in English and Chinese. Must be able to communicate in Chinese.
Responsible, Resourceful, dedicated and committed to work.
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Fulltime positions available and attractive remuneration commensurate for right candidates.
Working hours: 9:00am to 6:00pm (Monday Friday) and 9:00am to 1:00pm (alternate Saturday).
Willing to work over time if required.
Must possess own transport.
